Because I am Queen Of Procrastination, and I don't want to research my essay, I present this! Basically, it is a pretty spam of the people I was crushing on in each month of the year. It's good, I promise. Although you must not judge me too harshly for some of them...

2007: Good Times, Hot Guys )

Also:
I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. I read your journals, or we have something else in common and we chat occasionally. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you for your interest in my words.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself? Any old thing at all, the more trivial and fascinating, the better. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...they like rubbing clams on themselves and wearig ruffs."

Here be a Pretty Boy Meme I stole from [livejournal.com profile] thedreamygirl

1)List your Top 10 Male Crushes at the moment!
2)Put a Picture Up for each one of them
3)Let your friends rate them from 1 to 10
4)Ask them to do the same and see if you have a crush in common!

My, but they're delicious )

Oh noes, I left out Philip Glenister! Ah well, he's still My TV Boyfriend.

Also, there was an amazing Culture Show special on Arcade Fire. They covered Guns Of Brixton. I heart them so hard.

Once again, I pulled an all-nighter. And once again, my essay was a big pile of wank. I am really not looking forward to Monday's tutorial. I have no idea why my brain is wired so that I can't start writing properly until the last possible minute. It's really rather inconvenient. God, I suck.

Ah, well. Essay is done and dusted, which means I have the weekend to start the Whitman, about which I am UNBELIEVABLY turned on. I'm all revved up for some damn good literature after my tipsy, vaguely pretentious literature conversation with Emma last night. I finished Twilight, which was angsty and vampire-y, but not quite what I was expecting, stylistically. I really liked it, it was just less teeny-bopper than I was expecting. Now, I shall be mucho cultured and start One Hundred Years Of Solitude. After I've watched Heroes, obviously. And I'm feeling really rather tempted to start watching Rome online, but I know I would never be forgiven.

In the meantime, I'm watching a Newsnight Review spot about Gilbert & George. I rule, and so do they. Why am I not in London?
Fuck! Richard Schiff is on Newsnight Review! Being Dutch! In a play! I love Toby.
Fuck! Heroes is on Newsnight Review! Milo! Gaaah! He's so very pretty. Bangs! God, he's chewing his lip. That's another thing! Rory and Jess have just got together in GG S3, and the writers are making him a complete dick! Whhhhyyyyyy?

I should go now. The 'rents and Jo are coming up tomorrow, and I need to purge my room of wine bottles.
