Funny story: my father actually has a personal grudge against TJ. I don't know how much you know about colleges/universities in the States, but TJ founded the University of Virginia. UVA is the sworn enemy of Virginia Tech, of which my dad is an alum. Plus that whole anti-Federalist bit grinds our centralized gov't-loving gears. (We're Adams people. Post-American Rev he loved the Brits.)
And apparently on the 4th Dubya compared the Revolution to the War in Iraq. That man insists on aggravating my nosebleed.
