Like, the showrunners caught on that Chief/Cally made everyone sadpants, and therefore tried to bury it more than they already had, or something? I mean, for all that she was annoying and unhappy, Cally wasn't particularly a bad person, so it seems kind of unfair to post-humously go LOL SHE CHEATED ON YOU. Yeah, if that's why they did it, think that's low and cheap.
