As for Claire's dad, there are 2 main theories that I know about. Linderman, which I'm sort of with, since everything points back to. The other is Nathan; and I read this fantastically out-there theory for before her mother was revealed that her mother was Niki, and that Niki was actually pregnant with her right now, but because of Hiro's time-bending, she was in Texas as a teen.
