THIS. Kara and Lee were never going to be in a healthy, happy, stable relationship together. That's one of the main reasons I ship them if I'm honest. Giving them a ~happy ending~ just WOULD NOT HAVE FIT. I love those kids a lot but I love them the most when they're being dysfunctional and desperate and angsty.
