I don't actually mind Cook as a character that much (he had me at "It's got potential this day. It's pregnant"), it's more the way they're using him that grates. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE, BECAUSE WHAT WE HAVE IS CANON, IDK, IT'S 'MARTHA IS TOO GOOD FOR YOU RUSTY' ALL OVER AGAIN. I think his whole self-destruction thing has interesting potential, maybe, but I definitely don't want Chris 2.0 (Chris Miles, you are missed). Also, I'm not buying that anyone can ingest that much tequila without throwing up. Aaaand I'm kind of torn on the issue of the old cast returning, because I don't think the show needs to, like, highlight the inferiority of this season by comparison, but if they could do it so it didn't feel horirbly shoehorned in then a Tony cameo could be awesome. STONEMS RULE THE WORLD. And Thomas was so lovely! RAPPING IN FRENCH, OH MY DAYS.
